Minor wear to upper corner, cover plate lightly soiled, occasional finger soil in margins else Very Good.

8vo Black cloth with pictorial paste-on, t.e.g. 124pp with pictorial endpapers, color title page, and twelve beautiful color plates (later printings had fewer) with captioned tissue guards by Jessie Willcox Smith, plus numerous pen and ink drawings by her within the text. A lovely edition of this classic. Spine sunned, a little shaken, light wear to corner tips, minor rubbing and chipping to pictorial paste-on. Mild margin soil but plates are fresh and bright. Good.
