Linda and Daisy meet another little girl, also named Linda, who has a pony and they all become fast friends. A simple, charming story with wonderful art by C. W. Anderson. Slightest fading at cloth edges else Fine. Dustjacket with small corner chips, piece missing at base of spine, a bit of fraying. Small black mark to rear panel.

Small quarto. Pictorial boards. 46pp with the author's wonderful black & white illustrations throughout. Billy and his friend Tommy go exploring in the woods and find the ruins of a log cabin. When they can't find their way home, Billy gives Blaze his head and Blaze takes them home. Tiny spot to one margin, lower corner lightly bumped else Very Good. Jacket with minute chips and light wear at spine ends and corners, chip at edge of upper panel.

Peter is allowed to keep and care for Mohawk, a racehorse crippled on the track. Mohawk recovers to race once again and with the purse from Mohawk's win, Peter buys the yearling Salute, a grandson of the great Man o' War. Small bump to upper edges else Very Good+ Dustjacket lightly worn with tiny chips at corners and spine ends.
