Costs of running various appliances is computed, including: a radio set, refrigerator, curling iron, electric range, fan, sewing machine, percolator, waffle iron, fireless cooker, etc. Discusses wiring, permiting and street lighting. Information about water charges for irrigation and domestic service are discussed. Contents with small stain on several pages, some pencil checks and circling. Covers darkened and lightly soiled with a little chipping.

An odd, funny little publication. From the copyright page, "The Library of Congress deemed it irresponsible to give us a number, but the public library in Pacoima came to our rescue and gave us the following number. Library of Pacoima Catalog Number 12." It all started when a vending machine operator ran ads in L.A. newspapers calling for "Gong Show Rejects." The rest is hoax history. Signed and inscribed by Red Bilodeau to verso of upper cover. Light shelf wear and spine creasing, pale stain to corner of lower cover. Good.
