The alphabet runs along the top and bottom of the pages, four letters to a page, with each letter represented by a fruit, vegetable or animal which begins with that letter. Ch is for Choclo (corn), L is for Lluvia (rain), Z is for Zanahoria (carrot). Spine separated above and below staples, tiny chip to lower corner, covers lightly worn. Good.

A child-pleasing story that could have only come from the unfettered imagination of "Jolly" Roger Bradfield, here writing and illustrating his first book. There's an elephant in the bathtub, a lion in the living room, a bear in the bathroom, and more! Bradfield also illustrated many of the cereal boxes in the 1960's. A Whitman Giant Tell A Tale Book. Corners and spine ends worn, glaze crackled along joints, small inscription to title page. Good+ and quite a nice copy. Contents crisp and clean.
